OUR MISSION & HISTORY
The Wicomico County Democratic Central Committee is the governing body of the Democratic party for Wicomico County, Maryland. Our mission is to support and elect Democrats throughout the county. We strive to create a more equitable and just society through political action and advocacy. Our history dates back to May 21, 1827 when the Maryland Democratic Central Committee was first established. Since then, we have been working tirelessly to promote Democratic values and improve the lives of our fellow citizens.
Our mission is to create a strong and supportive political community in Wicomico County and beyond. We are focused on electing Democrats to represent us at every level of government and building a network of dedicated volunteers to help us achieve our goals.
